Proximal Adductor Avulsions

In most cases, Dr. Bharam takes a conservative approach to adductor injuries, including rest, followed by physical therapy when necessary. However, in more serious cases of adductor injury, surgery can be considered. Dr. Bharam and his team, using minimally invasive techniques, have done groundbreaking work to repair separations of adductor muscles.

In fact, Dr. Bharam and other members of his team recently presented their findings on adductor surgery at the national Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
